DRIVER BEHAVIOR MONITORING SYSTEM
Eco Driving
Eco Driving is a JaxiCloud-based app that helps assess a driver's performance. The solution evaluates driving skills based on penalty points for such violations as speeding, unnecessary acceleration, heavy braking, acceleration while cornering, etc.
Sensors installed in a vehicle detect violations. Driving behavior analysis helps discipline and educate drivers. Professional and careful driving, in turn, contributes to reducing fuel costs, extends the vehicle service life, and improves fleet safety for passengers and cargos.
GET STARTED

  • Total Miles Driven
The cumulative number of miles a driver has accrued for a specific time period
  • Fuel Use
Amount of fuel used by a driver, which can be impacted by harsh driving, idle time, and unnecessary stops
  • Idle Time
The total time a vehicle's engine is running when the vehicle is not in motion
  • Maintenance
Data summarizing engine statistics and fault codes in addition to routing information and service mileage
  • Start and End Time
The time a driver clocks in and clocks out each day
  • Time Spent at Job Site
The total time a driver spends delivering and completing a task at a job site
  • Time on Lunch Break
The total time, length, and number of breaks that a driver takes on the road each day
  • Driver Stops
The number of stops a driver takes while on the clock, including en route to a job site

FUNCTIONALITY
Why businesses are investing in fleet data?
Data is a strong instrument and has many meanings. The new era is already here. The sophistication of data has expanded to deliver the real financial costs of a vehicle and driver behavior on the road.
HOW ECO DRIVING APP WORKS?
  • 1
JaxiCloud collects data from sensors installed in vehicles and sends it to the Eco Driving app.
  • 2
In JaxiCloud, a user selects the driving quality assessment parameters.
  • 3
In JaxiCloud, a user also assigns the number of penalty points for each parameter, thus forming the driving quality assessment system.
  • 4
The app shows a driver's rating, the number of violations, builds the track on the map, and shows where these violations were detected.
  • 5
In the driver tracking software, a user generates reports based on the collected information.
  • 6
A user takes advantage of the data from the reports to improve the staff's driving skills, facilitating transport security for passengers and goods.
WHAT DATA IS MESURED?
  • Speeding
Speeding for each vehicle is determined by matching GPS data to a map database which contains speed limit information. GPS speed is then compared to actual speed limits while the length of each vehicle infraction is recorded.
  • Stop Sign Violation
GPS data is used to determine which streets a vehicle has traveled. The data is then matched with a map database to determine the location of each violation.
  • Harsh Braking
The number of heavy braking incidents based on G-Force and the type of vehicle (light, medium or heavy).
  • Harsh Acceleration
The number of acceleration incidents based on G-Force and the type of vehicle. Harsh acceleration can cause unnecessary wear and tear on the vehicle and can pose a safety hazard to the driver and other vehicles
  • Harsh Cornering
The number of forceful or quick cornering incidents that are identified for each driver or time period.
  • CSA Score Impact
Insight into a company's Compliance, Safety, and Accountability score, possible violation types, and how businesses can avoid accumulating points.
