A small battery-powered Bluetooth tag is fixed to each tool. Workers carry one in a badge holder or on a key ring. They don’t need a smartphone or an app.

What customers ask us
Do workers need a smartphone or an app?
No. Workers carry a small Bluetooth tag in a badge holder or on a key ring. Trackers in vans and on sites detect it automatically.
What hardware do we need?
A GPS tracker in each vehicle (plugged into the diagnostic port or wired) and Bluetooth tags on tools and workers. We help you choose the right mix. Hardware is purchased by the customer and is yours.
Can we track a site without a vehicle there?
Yes. A tracker can be installed on the site or in the warehouse to record who and what is present. Or simply draw a zone on the map.
What does it cost?
Devices with a SIM card (GPS trackers) cost 159 DKK/month. Bluetooth units cost 19 DKK/month – and only 7.50 DKK/month per unit when you have 100 or more devices with SIM. Onboarding is 250 DKK per device with SIM and 99 DKK per Bluetooth unit. All prices exclude VAT, and all features are included.
Is it legal to record workers’ presence?
Yes, when there is a legitimate purpose and workers are informed in advance. We have collected the rules and a checklist on our GDPR page.
Can we get the data out?
Yes. Reports, timesheets and the driving log can be exported to Excel. Integrations with your other systems can be developed on request.
