- Administrator
- Sets up the company, users, roles and permissions. Manages tags, trackers, vehicles, tools, materials and geofences. Sees the log, statistics and reports.
- Manager
- Daily operations: map, tags and trackers, vehicles, tools, materials, geofences, users, reports and working time – for example a fleet, warehouse or project manager.
- Employee
- Works with the vehicles, tools, materials and sites they have been given access to – for example a craftsman, technician or storekeeper.
- Driver
- Assigned to a vehicle. IFAPP keeps who drove when, and the driving quality per driver.
- Permissions
- View, create, edit and delete per group of objects. User groups per department or project, and sharing of single vehicles, tools, materials or geofences.
Example
The storekeeper in Aarhus sees Aarhus. The fleet manager sees everything.
Permissions are set per role and can be narrowed down to single objects. You can give more people access without giving everyone access to everything.

Tools
Tools with an owner, a place and a history
Every tool has a responsible person, a place and a status. At the times you choose, IFAPP checks that it is with its vehicle or site.

- Purchase date, warranty, repair interval and repair history
- Usage history: where the tool has been and who had it
Sites
Every visit to the site, with start and end
A geofence can be a warehouse, an office, a construction site or a zone of responsibility. The geofence card brings together company, owner, tracker and the materials and objects that belong there.

Mobile app
The overview in your pocket
Managers and field staff see what the office sees: the map, vehicles, tools, materials and sites – within their own permissions. Notifications arrive straight on the phone.

Questions about the features
Do any of the features cost extra?
No. Every feature on this page is included in the subscription: 159 DKK/month per device with SIM and 19 DKK/month per Bluetooth unit (7.50 DKK at 100+ devices with SIM).
Can we have several departments or companies?
Yes. One account can hold several companies, departments or branches with separated data and their own users.
Is there an app?
Yes. IFAPP works in the browser at web.ifapp.eu and as a phone app with the same login. The App Store and Google Play buttons are above.
Can we get a feature that is not listed here?
Yes. Our own developers can build integrations, reports and customisations. This is priced separately for each task.
